Responsible Pharmacist

Application for responsible pharmacist can be made by any registered Pharmacist on the secure site, login on your profile and apply. A pharmacist may not be a responsible pharmacist of one pharmacy while employed permanently as a pharmacist in another pharmacy.

Note: if you are already registered elsewhere as a responsible pharmacist your previous registration will terminate on the selected start date of the new registration. Alternatively submit an application for resignation as responsible pharmacist to be processed before the new application can be submitted.
