Pharmacy Owner

The responsibility of the owner are detailed in the Practice Regulations. The pharmacy owner must, amongst others, ensure that:

• the pharmacy is conducted under the direct personal supervision of a responsible pharmacist whose name must be displayed conspicuously over the main entrance of such pharmacy as prescribed in Regulation 22; and
• all applicable fees are paid.

A pharmacist or any other person who owns a pharmacy must carry out the duties and responsibilities as set out in Regulations 24 and 25 of these regulations.
